The biggest problem our clients have faced over the years is invoicing and supply of certificates. We here at Ndelect have a system in place where as all our electricians have iPad’s and fill out work order forms and material lists on every job. Once completed, these are uploaded to a central drive and processed immediately, meaning, you get your information in real time.

Landlord certification and compliance
We understand that renting your home privately or through a agent can be a daunting process. We can advise of the regulations and how best to implement them.
We offer a pre and post tenancy check, lighting checks, EICR, PAT testing, Fire detection and emergency lighting annual checks.
We install smoke alarms, (including newly approved 10 year sealed units) emergency lightning, smart home heating controls, burglar alarms, CCTV just to name a few.
